New to contact lenses? Our friendly optometrist will patiently guide you through your first contact lens experience and share tips on contact lens care. You will also need to return to our practice one week after the consultation for a review session.
Price includes Consultation, Ocular Health Test, Contact Lens Trial Fitting, One (1) Complimentary Pair of Clear Disposable Contact Lenses and One (1) Starter Kit (Casing, Solution & Tweezers)
Note: Your required prescription may not be available in stock on the day of your appointment. You may have to return on a separate visit to receive your contact lenses.
About Contact Lenses
Contact lenses are considered as 'medical devices' in Singapore and have to be fitted and dispensed by a qualified Eye Care Professional with the Singapore Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB).
Before Your Appointment
1) Bring along your current eyeglasses or eye health documents (if any)
2) Think of any questions you might have for our optometrist. You may want to ask about the types of contact lenses that will be suitable for your lifestyle needs or how to use contact lenses safely on a daily basis.
3) Be well-rested before your appointment.

During the Appointment:
1) Understanding Your Needs: Our optometrist will engage you in a questionnaire to understand your vision history, your professional and lifestyle needs, before recommending suitable vision solutions for your condition.

2) Ocular Eye Health Test: Your eye health will be assessed through a series of tests which include: objective refraction, subjective refraction, slit lamp bio microscopy and keratometry. You will also be tested for UV damage, dry eyes and visual acuity.

3) Selecting Contact Lenses for Your Needs: Our optometrist will recommend contact lenses that best suit your needs and requirements. Next, the diameter and curvature of your eye will be measured. Once the contact lenses are fitted on your eyes, your vision will be assessed again.

4) Learn to Wear & Care for Your Contact Lenses: You will be taught how to safely put on and remove your contact lenses from your eyes. Our friendly optometrist will be there to guide you patiently along the way! You will also learn after-care tips for your contact lenses.

5) Wear Contact Lenses Independently: With your new skills, you are now able to wear contact lenses independently. You will receive a pair of complimentary disposable clear contact lenses and a starter kit which consists of a casing, a bottle of solution and a pair of tweezers.

Review Session (1 Week Later)

One week after the initial consultation, you will need to return for a review session with our optometrist. Eye checks will be conducted to ensure that you are adjusting well to your new pair of contact lenses.
