How long does it take to get new lenses on a LINDBERG frame?
For new lenses on your LINDBERG frame, it will normally take 2 to 4 working days for standard single vision lenses within stock.
Otherwise, it may take 1 to 2 weeks for specialty lenses or progressive lenses. Kindly check in-store as the actual waiting time may differ depending on availability & the type of frame/lenses selected.
Alternatively, if you need premium specialty lenses very urgently, we also offer Shamir Inotime Lenses which can be ready in as fast as 4 hours or 1 working day*.
This includes Shamir's Progressive Lenses & Transitions Lenses. (*Only on weekdays before 3pm and subject to availability)
Do you offer personalisation services for LINDBERG frames? (e.g colour, temple length)
Yes, we offer personalisation services for LINDBERG frames!
Customisable elements are many and varied, with your own choice of colour, size, temple length, groove colours and more.
Note:
- Personalisation services are by appointment only.
- Kindly note that there is a longer wait time for personalised frame to be ready. It may take around 2 to 4 weeks on average.
- Currently only available for selected collections (n.o.w. titanium, strip titanium, acetanium, air titanium rim and thintanium)
What types of lenses do you offer?
For ophthalmic lenses, we are certified lens fitters for leading brands such as ZEISS, Essilor, Nikon, Shamir, HOYA & more!
Our team is experienced in prescribing and dispensing single vision lenses, anti-fatigue/digital lenses, reading glasses, progressive lenses, office lenses, sports lenses & more!
If you have a high prescription, we recommend getting a higher refractive index such as 1.67 or 1.74 for thinner lenses. Besides aesthetic reasons, it will also be more lightweight and comfortable.

Can I bring down my own LINDBERG frame to replace the lenses?
Yes definitely! We offer lens replacement services on your own LINDBERG frame!
As long as your current spectacle frame is still in good condition and is suitable for prescriptive lenses, we are able to replace them with brand new lenses.
Simply bring down your frame for a non-obligatory assessment. Our lens consultants will take a look at the condition of your frame and will be happy to advise you further.
Do you offer tax-free shopping for tourists?
Yes, we are a retailer participating in the Electronic Tourist Refund Scheme (eTRS) and are affiliated with Global Blue.
* Tax-free shopping is only available at our physical retail stores and is not available for online purchases.
