Two different looks, same advanced lens technology. We paired ZEISS ClearView Single Vision lenses with PhotoFusion (Extra Grey) into two frames: the round, lightweight MYKITA GETZ from the Decades collection, and a bold, retro-inspired full black Ray-Ban frame. These aren't your average single vision lenses — ZEISS ClearView uses revolutionary ClearForm® technology, applying freeform optical design across the entire lens surface for sharper, more precise vision edge to edge. With full UV protection up to 400 nm and PhotoFusion’s quick-reacting tint that darkens under sunlight, both wearers enjoy everyday comfort, clarity, and protection — whether their style leans minimal or statement-making.

4. Crizal Sapphire Lenses with Ray-Ban and Oakley Frames

One of our standout fittings this month was for a single customer who needed three different pairs—each with a purpose, and all completed by the next day before his flight. We fitted them with Essilor Crizal Single Vision Blue UV Capture lenses, complete with Crizal Sapphire coating, across all three frames: Ray-Ban RX7168D, Oakley Rafter OX8178, and Ray-Ban RX5315D.

The Crizal Sapphire coating provide selective blue-violet light filtering to help reduce digital eye strain and avoid disrupting natural circadian rhythms, with no surface reflections from blue-violet light thanks to the advanced coating. Tailored for both function and style, this fitting was a great example of how we combine lens expertise, efficiency, and attention to individual needs—all in one visit.

Digital Lenses

1. MYKITA LOTTA Frame Paired with Eyezen Boost Digital Lenses

We paired the elegant MYKITA LOTTA—from the brand’s ultra-minimalist LITE collection—with Essilor Eyezen Boost lenses featuring Transitions XTRActive Polarised in Grey. The lenses offer an optimised near zone with a gentle +0.60 boost, perfect for screen-heavy days, while the XTRActive Polarised technology provides superior glare reduction and even activates inside the car—something standard Transitions lenses can’t do. The result? A lightweight, stainless steel frame paired with smart digital lenses, designed for both visual comfort and style throughout the day.

2. MYKITA JALO Frame with ZEISS SmartLife PRO Digital Individual Lenses

We also had the pleasure of fitting a truly refined combination: the MYKITA JALO from the brand’s NO1 Collection, paired with ZEISS SmartLife PRO Digital Individual lenses with PhotoFusion X. The JALO frame is a sleek, aviator-inspired design—crafted from circular stainless steel for a lightweight, responsibly made finish.

These premium lenses are individually tailored to the wearer’s visual needs and come with fast-reacting PhotoFusion X technology for seamless light adaptation. As part of the SmartLife PRO series, they are exclusively available at ZEISS Vision Expert stores—making this pairing not only elegant, but expertly personalised.

We also fitted the MYKITA JALO—a minimalist, aviator-style frame crafted from lightweight stainless steel—with HOYALUX iD MySelf progressive lenses by HOYA. These are HOYA’s most advanced progressive lenses, designed to offer effortless transitions between far and near vision, with a comfortable, natural visual experience throughout the day. Paired with the sleek and modern design of the JALO frame, this combination is perfect for wearers seeking both precision and understated style.

3. Rimless Spectacle Frame with Varilux Comfort Max Airwear Progressive Lenses

For this case, our customer brought his own pair of rimless glasses but needed the glasses to be even broader to have a better fit on his face. The good thing about rimless glasses is that it is possible to modify the lens shape and size to your preference, as you are not constrained by a fixed frame shape. With a wider lens width, the glasses had a much better fit on our customer's face. As for the lenses, we fitted Varilux Comfort Max progressive lenses, which is a popular mid-range progressive lens design that is relatively easy to adapt. For the lens material, we recommended Essilor's Airwear - polycarbonate material with impact resistance properties, a good option for rimless design glasses.

1. Tiffany & Co. Frame with ZEISS Officelens Plus

For a wearer looking to stay sharp through long hours at the desk, we fitted the elegant Tiffany & Co. TF2242-F with ZEISS Officelens Superb Near. This cat-eye acetate frame adds a touch of glamour to everyday wear, featuring iconic Tiffany & Co. design motifs inspired by their jewellery collections.

Office lenses are optimised for intermediate and near distances, making it ideal for computer work, reading, and multitasking at a workstation. It's also a great solution for presbyopes who spend a lot of time in front of screens and need clear, comfortable near and intermediate vision—without switching between multiple pairs of glasses.
