Essilor's Latest Launch: Introducing Transitions ColorTouch, Varilux Immersia and Crizal Natural Look

Essilor has officially introduced its latest lens innovations in Singapore! 

As an Essilor Expert, we're excited to share what's new and what it could mean for your everyday vision.

Here's a quick look at the latest additions:

Transitions® ColorTouch™

For those who love combining vision with personal style, Transitions® ColorTouch™ introduces adaptive light technology with a subtle always-on tint and five fashionable colour options: Ruby, Amethyst, Sapphire, Emerald and Amber.

The lenses automatically adjust to changing light conditions while allowing you to express your personality through colour. 

Below, we compiled the differences between Transitions Gen S and Transitions ColorTouch in both gradient and washed options:

Under strong sunlight and UV exposure, all three lenses darken fully, with little noticeable difference between them.

The key difference is most apparent indoors, when the lenses are unactivated. Transitions Gen S returns to a fully clear state, while Transitions ColorTouch retains a subtle, permanent tint.

ColorTouch is available in two tint styles:

• Gradient — a soft tint that gradually fades to clear towards the bottom of the lens.
• Washed — a soft, even tint across the entire lens.

As UV exposure increases, the lenses gradually darken from their indoor appearance to their fully activated state.

Varilux® Immersia™

Designed for today's screen-heavy lifestyles, Varilux® Immersia™ is a new office lens that provides comfortable vision across multiple working distances—from your computer and desk to conversations across the room. By supporting a more natural posture and reducing visual strain during prolonged near work, it aims to make the workday feel more comfortable.

There are two options available: Varilux Immersia mid and Varilux Immersia room.

Crizal® Natural Look™

Crizal® Natural Look™ combines the trusted protection of the Crizal coating family with a refined aesthetic finish.

By reducing visible reflections, lenses appear clearer and more natural, helping your eyes remain the focus during face-to-face conversations, video calls and content creation. At the same time, the coating continues to offer excellent resistance against scratches, smudges, dust, water and UV rays.
